The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. This role will contribute to ResearchBods’ client satisfaction and growth. You will be forthcoming with ideas for our dynamic and ever evolving company, thriving in a fast-paced and varied environment.

You will excel in client management, exuding enthusiasm when tasked with different client requirements and research topics.

Responsibilities will include the day to day handling of client relationships, overseeing the smooth running of research projects, contributing to, or writing proposals and ongoing community management ensuring the success of clients’ online insight communities.

The role comprises a combination of account management and research work, encompassing survey design, data analysis and reporting.  Research will focus on the individual requirements of each client. Both quantitative and (online) qualitative research will be required, however there will be a greater focus on quantitative methodologies.

 

Key Duties

  • Receive client briefs and advise clients on topics such as research design, community management, and industry best practices
  • Take responsibility of client requests
  • Manage research projects from end to end (with support) and regularly report on project progress
  • Delegate tasks where appropriate and manage project roles within your team
  • Cultivate client relationships, being approachable and helpful to queries and requests
  • Maintain a consistent presence with clients, arranging regular meetings and leading the discussions
  • Produce reports and presentations delivered to clients, ensuring objectives are met
  • Ensure client satisfaction, contribute to account planning and ultimately account growth

 

Role Breakdown

Client Management will account for 20-30% of the role, involving:

  • Building new, and nurturing existing, client relationships
  • Meticulously understanding each client’s business and industry
  • Identifying communities which may be ‘at-risk’
  • Facilitating strategic planning discussions, account servicing and weekly client updates
  • Leading client calls and keeping other team members updated
  • Understanding ResearchBods’ solutions and new developments, enabling upselling if appropriate
  • Contributing to account planning

 

Community Management will account for 20-30% of the role, involving:

  • Understand the key functionality behind ResearchBods’ ex-plor platform software, successfully recommending functionality to best fit individual client and community needs
  • Use the ex-plor community platform software (full training will be provided) to launch surveys (no scripting), post discussion rooms, sample management and any other general community functionality required
  • Consulting with client on recruitment strategies
  • Delivering monthly and annual community health reports
  • Coordinating schedules and enquiries
  • Ensuring each community is engaged and active, and managing the day to day admin

 

Research Project Management will account for 40-50% of the role, involving:

  • Upon receipt of the client project requests, determining the requirements and opportunities of each project and quote costing, or proposal writing if required
  • Creating project documents such as questionnaires, tab specs, recruitment screeners, discussion room content, final reports etc.
  • Managing the delivery of research projects including quality assurance, sampling, deployment, analysis and reporting
  • Ongoing communication with clients on the project status
  • Management of other team members
  • Ensuring all projects remain on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction
