Overview of the role:

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and creatively minded team player to support the design team with various projects including both online and offline collateral.

You will be an integral part of the design team helping internal stakeholders to fulfil their potential through consulting and brainstorming, presentation and infographic design, branding development, user-experience design and web & portal design.

You will also be working with our existing clients, including major global brands, to maintain and develop online solutions and strategies.

You will ideally hold a degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent, with excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office and have around 3 years experience working in a creative industry. We would also expect you to have a 'knock-out' portfolio of both digital and offline design work that you’re proud of and happy to talk through at interview.

You will be working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with others to produce the best possible creative outcome.

Demonstrating excellent communication skills are a key requirement for this role. You must feel confident to contribute to the entire creative process, communicating with internal stakeholder and external clients.

Your focus and responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts, identities and visual styles that fit specific target audiences
  • Produce marketing material for all business needs, including brochures and brand graphics
  • Developing the company’s brand touchpoints across the business’
  • Create outstanding infographics, presentations and reports
  • Develop company-wide templates and assets
  • Ensure consistency of the visual appearance of all projects
  • Update our group websites and creating additional content (front end)
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s workflow and skillset
  • Aim to push creative and technical boundaries to offer forward thinking solutions

Your skills and attributes:

  • Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent desirable
  • Experience working in creative environment, ideally in an agency environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of the full Adobe creative suite
  • Working knowledge of WordPress websites
  • Presentation design using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • HTML / CSS knowledge
  • Proven excellent communication skills
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise when faced with conflicting deadlines
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Confidence to initiate design ideas and ask questions
